Happy Monday babes! We are starting a new week with self care. Self care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one’s own health. This can be mentally and physically. Self care is going to look different for everyone. What matters is that it makes you feel refreshed, calm, and peaceful. Self care is often called mental health care. Self care for me is my time for myself where I can just focus on myself or pamper myself. Here are some of my favorite self care ideas!
