Pinterest is a great site to find inspiration for about anything. Whether it be for decor for your home, DIY crafts, shopping for favorite brands, and of course fashion inspiration, Pinterest is the place to be. I searched spring style inspiration, saved multiple on a board I named “My Style”, and chose a few to try and recreate with the clothing elements in my own closet. Here is how it went, Pinterest Board Styles Me!
My Looks from My Pinterest Board Styles Me
Outfit #1 The Inspo Pinterest Board Style
A work inspiration look by the style queen herself Loverly Grey.
Outfit #1 The Recreation
For this look my Pinterest board styles me, keeping with the flutter sleeve style of the blouse and straight-legged pants. My recreation blouse came from Target in their Wild Fable collection. Then paired it with a straight-leg cropped pastel pink jeans from Walmart.
Outfit #2 The Inspo Pinterest Board Style
A casual spring and summer look from Loverly Grey.
Outfit #2 The Recreation
For this look my Pinterest board styles me, keeping with the dark shade of jean shorts, white crop top, and lightweight button up. My recreation was not too far off, just a different colored button-up. The white crop top is from Pink Lily, the jean shorts from Arizona, and the button-up from Wildest Dreams Boutique.
Outfit #3 The Inspo Pinterest Board Styles
Another casual look from Loverly Grey. I believe this one was in her reel for travel looks.
Outfit #3 The Recreation
For this look my Pinterest board styles me, Keeping with the cotton jumpsuit and denim jacket. I found the trusty old black cotton jumpsuit that I have had for what seems like six years. Then paired it with one of my simple distressed jean jackets.

This look brings in a light tan dress, sun hat, and a lightweight button-up.
Outfit #4 The Recreation

Outfit #5 The Inspo Pinterest Board Styles
A simple spaghetti-strapped tank top with paper bag style shorts. Easy enough.
Outfit #5 The Recreation
For this look my Pinterest board styles me, I opted for a more colorful tank top with this pastel purple and paired it with my paper bag-style shorts in black. An easy recreation to use for the hot and humid summer we have coming up.
Outfit #6 The Inspo Pinterest Board Styles
Keeping with the paper bag style pants, this inspo look paired them with a cute graphic t-shirt.
Outfit #6 The Recreation
For this look my Pinterest board styles me, I sadly don’t have a cool color of paper bag pants in my closet, just a simple black. I paired it with my favorite graphic t-shirt in my closet currently. This gives me Thursday or end-of-the-week teacher outfit vibes.
These outfits were so fun to style with help from my Pinterest board. I always used to just save outfit inspiration on Pinterest boards, but never look at it again. Thinking I couldn’t recreate that outfit without having the exact pieces of clothing in the photo. Through doing this I learned that it’s actually easier than I thought to use my Pinterest board for styling. You don’t have to have the exact same clothing item to take a look and recreate it. Just do with what you got and take your own spin at the inspiration Pinterest board style. I hope this inspires you to take a look back at the style board you have saved. Try and recreate some of the looks with what you have in your closet. Maybe if do this for a whole week to see what styles you can come up with. Let me know in the comments below how it goes for you when using your Pinterest Board Style. Laters babes!
