Bullet journaling has become wildly popular in the past couple of years, but what is bullet journaling? Many would describe it as equal parts day planner, diary, and written meditation. A bullet journal turns the chaos of coordinating life into a streamlined system that helps with being more productive and reaching personal and professional goals. The most important thing is a bullet journal needs to be effective. No matter how it can best serve its author is entirely up to them. Let’s take a look at what my September Bullet Journal looks like!

The theme this month I went with is all things football. Football season is officially here! I love football and anyone who knows me will tell you I get into football. I incorporated all the different elements of the game through the pages for this month.

This month I’m going to keep up with the daily spreads. The time blocking was beneficial in keeping focused on the set topic of to-dos. For this month I’m keeping the morning and night routines, condensing the habits, trashing the goal for the day, and adding water and steps trackers. I’m super excited to use these spreads all-month log!
