Being on a gluten-free diet has many challenges. One of which is grocery shopping. When I first switched over to a gluten-free diet finding the right items was not easy at first. It required reading every single label, which meant more time spent in the grocery store. Soon I was able to find which stores had what products because not just one store is going to have everything. The main stores I shop at now are Walmart and Meijer. Let’s take you through my grocery list at each store!

For meals, I typically get all the meat from Meijer. That list typically includes ground beef, chicken breasts, Oscar Meyer Bacon, and anything else that sounds good at the moment to make. If I get deli meat on the rare occasion I only buy the Oscar Meyer brand.
Who else is gluten-free? Where do you typically do the grocery shopping? Let me know in the comments below!
